National Assessment on use of child- centred methodologies (CCM) by educators

Project obiective: to assess the use of the Child-centered methodology by the educators and identify their training needs.
Project activities:
Output 1. The use of CCM by educators assessed
Among the assessment criteria were the following:
• The functionality of the classroom arrangement and learning environment for CCM
• Teacher’s knowledge of children’s diverse needs and interests and strategies used for meeting these
• The quality of interactions
• The quality of interactions
• Relevance of assignments/ tasks
• The quality of interactions
• Strategies for parents’ involvement
Output 2. The needs for trainings on CCM and Inclusive Education for educators identified
An analytical report on the existing CCM practices and training needs for the ECD teachers
Plan developed in response to the identified educators’ needs for training
Activity plan for ECD teachers’ professional development and CCM quality promotion in response to the identified needs produced
