The “Pas cu Pas” team of trainers – a model of professionalism and dedication in support of early childhood education.

The “Pas cu Pas” Educational Program has recently concluded a successful series of seminars held as part of the “Resource Centers – Play and Learning Spaces” project, implemented with the financial support of UNICEF and endorsed by the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova.
The in-person training sessions brought together 2,189 teaching professionals from the 150 educational institutions involved in the project, offering them a professional framework for development and the exchange of best practices.
The success of this process was largely due to the Pas cu Pas trainers, who demonstrated not only a high level of professional competence but also a deep understanding of the participants’ needs. Through a human-centered approach, they promoted active learning, critical reflection, and constructive collaboration among the educators.
Their flexibility, empathy, and ability to build genuine connections with educators on the ground transformed the seminars into true spaces for professional growth. The Pas cu Pas trainers continue to serve as a model of commitment and passion in advancing early childhood education in the Republic of Moldova.
We sincerely thank our team of trainers for their valuable contribution to building a more inclusive and child-friendly educational environment for all children!
