Recreation and Integration: Support for Ukrainian Students Through Creative Activities

Since September 1, 2022, and until now, refugee students from Ukraine have benefited from an extensive program of educational and recreational activities funded by World Vision in partnership with the “Step by Step” Educational Program.

The project was designed to provide children with a safe and friendly environment where they feel accepted and supported despite the challenges they face.

The activities include creative workshops, interactive games, educational sessions, and sports activities, all aimed at stimulating personal development and social integration for the students. Additionally, the children had the opportunity to express their emotions and connect with their peers through initiatives that promote empathy and collaboration.

The project continues to be a beacon of hope for families affected by the conflict, offering children not only educational support but also the chance to smile again. Thanks to World Vision’s involvement, these students are experiencing an environment that helps them overcome trauma and look toward the future with confidence.
